Water and Fertilizer Integration and Fertilizer Application System
Integration of water and fertilizer is a new agricultural technology that combines irrigation and fertilization.
Water and fertilizer integration is use pressured water system with soluble solid or liquid fertilizer, proportionally mixed fertilizer and irrigation water together.Water and fertilizer can be supplied through the controllable hose system, and the water and fertilizer can be fused together, and uniform, timed and quantitative irrigation can be formed through the pipe, spray gun and nozzle.
The integrated technology of water and fertilizer can make the fertilizer effect faster, avoid the volatilization loss easily caused by fertilizer application in the dry soil layer, it is friendlt to environment, and improves the utilization rate of fertilizer.
Fertilizer tank (capacity: 1000 l /2000 l /3000 l) (as shown below)

2. The tank body seamless designed with the entrance size suitable, the sealing well, can avoid the casualties of children and even livestock caused by fertilizer leakage.
3. More convenient and faster injection of liquid fertilizer into the tank, through the radio and the agitator it works more efficiently, so that the fertilizer reaches the ideal concentration.
Pump station control system:
The pump station automation control system is suitable for the remote monitoring and management of the pressurized pump station in the agricultural field irrigation system (the pump station is shown in the figure above).
Scope of application:
Pump station managers can remotely monitor the water level of the clean water tank or the inlet pressure, the working state of the pressurized pump group, the outbound flow and the outbound pressure in the pump station monitoring center of the water supply company.Support pump starting equipment manual control, automatic control, remote control of the pressure pump group start and stop;Realize unattended pump station.
System composition:
The automatic control system of pump station is mainly composed of dispatching center, monitoring center of pump station, communication platform, remote measurement and control terminal of pump station, measurement and camera equipment.
The figure below shows the river irrigation pump and the submerged pump.
Main functions:
◆ To remote monitoring of water level or inlet pressure, outbound flow and outlet pressure of each pressurized pump station.
◆ To remotely monitor the working state, current, voltage, protection state and working mode of the pressurized pump set.
◆ To remote switch pump control mode, remote control of pressure pump set pump start and stop.
◆ Optical fiber communication, support video online monitoring pump station panorama, electrical control room and other important stations, video playback.
◆ The monitoring center can sound and light alarm when current and voltage overlimit, water level overlimit, equipment protection and other conditions occur on the site.
◆ Support the storage and query of various monitoring information, control information, alarm information and operation information.
